- We will pay any bills associated with your property these payments will show on your monthly accounting ledger.
- 1099-misc forms will be mailed each year to your corresponding address which you may update online through the owners secure portal 24/7.
- Our Company follows the Landlord Tenant Laws and believes in ongoing education.
- All applicants are screened to determine eligibility based on background, criminal, credit and income.
- We will market your property though available outlets and area contacts, some print ads are not included.
- We have access to qualified vendors at reasonable rates, also available for emergency maintenance services.
- All tenant notices and announcements will be delivered appropriately per Oregon law, this includes 72 hr notice of non payment.
